Rightfully, my first review should be of one of my most favorite restaurants: Fallow. Fallow, located in London, provides a creative and sustainable take on British and contemporary European food. The massive open Kitchen, in the heart of the dining room, allows guests to be privy to the magic happening behind the counter. Regardless of whether you sit at the chef’s counter, the bar, or in the regular dining room, the industrial, yet floral and contemporary dining room creates a luxurious environment representative of the food being prepared. No trip to Fallow is complete without their mushroom parfait, sourced with house-grown lion’s mane, along with their corn ribs. Each dish on the menu is carefully thought through, so no decision will be bad.
