Krasi is a coveted reservation to snag in Boston for good reason. What’s stands out to me about Krasi is the simplicity of it all. Set in a relatively small space with a menu focused on Greek wine, meze, and the use of fresh ingredient to make something delicious, it feels like a family restaurant where quality is of utmost importance.
A restaurant with a simple concept that allows their excellence and quality shine through their food and wine. Krasi has become one of my all-time favorite restaurants thanks to the quality and thought of the dish presented. Krasi offers an extensive Greek wine menu to complement their tapas-style food menu. For my most recent visit we shared their halloumi & honey rolls, spicy feta dip, potatoes and chicken thigh- all of which had us contemplating licking the plates.
For a perfect hot summer pairing we enjoyed a bottle of the Xynisteri.
Pro tip: join their wine club and be sure to check out Krasi for brunch, too! Their brunch offerings feature a menu and ingredients completely separate from their dinner menu. One of my most favorite dishes in all of Boston, Krasi’s brunch Greek Yogurt with sour cherries, is absolutely to-die-for and reason enough to book a Brunch reservation there.
